The skin used in the preview is Obscurus Skin #21.
Although these presets were designed with Asian eye shapes in mind,the final look may vary depending on the skin used, and they can complement a variety of ethnicities.
Two versions of the preset are included.
The one labeled BIG has slightly larger eyes, except for preset #5.
